Refund Policy

This policy covers what you buy from Linkfa, a service of DaveBukar Technologies. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp (+234 811 323 5992) or email [email protected] before you pay.

1. Free clip sample

Send one video link and we make 3 finished clips within 48 hours, free. You pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Short-clips subscription (Starter ₦50,000 / Standard ₦100,000 per month)

  • You pay month by month. There is no contract, and you can stop in any month.
  • Delivery guarantee: if we do not deliver the clips included in your plan within 48 hours of receiving your video link and payment, you can ask for a full refund of that month's payment.
  • Quality: if delivered clips do not match what you asked for, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We re-edit them free. If we still cannot fix it, we refund that month's payment in full.
  • No refund once you have approved and used the clips, or for a month in which you sent no videos.
  • Cancelling: tell us before your next payment date and you will not be charged again. We do not refund a month already paid, except under the guarantees above.

3. Three-advert pack (₦15,000)

  • If we do not deliver the 3 adverts within 3 working days, you get a full refund.
  • If you are unhappy with the finished adverts, tell us within 7 days. We revise them free. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.
  • No refund after you approve and publish the adverts.

4. Websites, apps, DevOps, SEO, Google Ads management and AI agents (custom work)

  • Custom work is agreed in writing with a scope, a price and payment milestones.
  • A milestone is refundable only if we have not started it, or if we fail to deliver what the written scope describes.
  • Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable.
  • Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, API fees) are passed on at cost and are not refundable by us.
  • Ad spend you pay directly to Google, Meta or other platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.

5. How to ask for a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your name, what you bought, the date and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are paid back by the method you paid with, or by bank transfer, within 7 working days. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; we are not responsible for bank or exchange-rate charges.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing in it limits rights you have under those laws.
